does I delete Sophos cloud account

Hi,

I was using Sophos cloud trial version and create an account on the sophos cloud site. Now the trial version is expired and I want to delete my sophos account from the sophos cloud site, can I do that?

I've found the following in the Sophos Cloud FAQ (https://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/knowledgebase/119598.aspx):
How do I cancel my account?
If you decide not to purchase Sophos Cloud at the end of the 30 day trial, no further action is required. Sophos Cloud evaluation accounts that are not used for an extended period of time will be removed.
If you just want to use the same email in a different account:
https://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/knowledgebase/121173.aspx
You can't initiate the deletion of an account.

Thanks for your reply, Its very helpfull for me, but 1 thing that I mention here that first link which you provided (https://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/knowledgebase/119598.aspx) return error page did not exist.
