Sophos Cloud trial expires = no uninstall?

Trying to uninstall Sophos Cloud trial so I can replace it with our downloaded full Sophos client instead; however, the trial has expired and the Dashboard won't show the Tamper Protection password.

No tamper protection password = no uninstall of Sophos.

Is there any way to display the Tamper Protection password now that my trial is over? Installing the full client over the Cloud client didn't work.

HI,
Are you saying you don't have a 'Tamper Protection' link under 'Global Settings'?
I.e.:
https://cloud.sophos.com/global-settings/tamper-protection
After logging in, what do you see if you go to:
https://cloud.sophos.com/global-settings/tamper-protection
Also, what OS are you trying to remove SAV from, Win/OSX?

I think the trial expiration shuts down a few too many bits on the web UI. Under Global Settings, selecting "Tamper Protection" displays... nothing. Blank screen, no error message. It's as if Global Settings just quits working when the trial expired. Ouch.
Target system is Windows 2003 Server.

Suprisring, I have an expired trial I can access TP settings fine but if you do need to just uninstall and as you're an administrator just trying stopping the SAV service before attempting removal.

Well, I feel sheepish.
Here I was thinking that tamper protection would have prevented just turning off the service!
Disabled Sophos in the Services Control Panel, and everything uninstalled without a hitch. Thanks!
