I'm using the trial version of Sophos Cloud, created a new account today and my license is valid until Aug, 10 2014. However, when I go to the Manage option -.> Polices the "Add" button does not appear to create a new policy. Similarly when I click the "Edit" button to edit the Base Policy is there no option, everything is blank. It would be a problem Sophos Cloud? I am using Windows 8 x64 and Internet Explorer 11 but I've tried to access Google Chrome, Firefox and also through another computer, but the problem persists.
