Updating from Sophos 10.2/10.3 to sophos Cloud - vb script?

Question

hi, we are currently updating 200 Clients from 10.2/10.3 to sophos cloud. To install the cloud software, we are using the following script: https://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/knowledgebase/120611.aspx and another Batch script to uninstall. The Problem is that we have to reboot in between. 
 Does anyone have a nice script that doesnt require a reboot, perhaps vb?

Hi Noel, 
 
The reboot is required after removing the client because there are components still loaded in the OS that can only be unloaded by restarting the endpoint.
