It is indeed work in progress, looks like going on as we speak. For example, an hour ago going from PARTNER portal --> click on COMPANY under FIREWALLS --> lead me to that company's CENTRAL management, but there were no firewalls listed. That was an hour ago.
Now tried again, and woila! Firewalls are there :)

Yep, it's a lot of work, but we know it's important for MSPs/resellers and for enterprise admins.

I should also mention the recent improvements to Sophos Firewall, which now allows multiple SSO instances to be open from Central at the same time. Sophos Central Update - Faster Firewall SSO Access

Indeed I hope Sophos will address that "issue" in later versions, as multi-tenant approach in the easiest way for resellers, which are also tech support for end-customers. Opening multiple incognito browsers adds to confusion and renders management a work to avoid, not appealing. But I guess designing such interfaces, which address multiple sectors in one interface, is not an easy job. Especially if backwards compatibility must be retained.

There is ongoing work to improve the multi-tenant management in Sophos Central. I can't provide any specific roadmap dates, but we're aware of the demand for an "account picker" and other features to simplify this.

Hi Andrej,

Thank you for reaching out to Sophos Community.

Upon reaching out to our internal team for confirmation.

When launched from the PDB (or EDB) itself, you can only have one open PDB (or EDB) and one customer (or substrate) account.

Launch/open up customer A from PDB (you now have expected tab 1 = PDB, and tab 2 = CDB)
Do any work needed in customer A in the second tab (no need to log out), then
Back in PDB/ first tab, find customer B and launch them: the tab where customer A is in will now be replaced with Customer B after it loads
Rinse and repeat with customer C once done with working with customer B, etc.
1. The rule is that only one customer can be opened at a time, and it needs to be done via the launch option within PDB.

Anything else requires ensuring the browser cookies are separate

For example, if you want two customer dashboards open, you must open them directly in two different browsers that do NOT share cookies.
Central logins and portal management sessions are linked to browser cookies.
Attempting to do anything in the same browser session on a different tab beyond how it's designed above will break the previously logged-in session when you try to go back to it (e.g., It will auto-log you out when you try to do something in it next)
