Sophos File Scanner v1.11.3.879 failed to install

Today all client system showing Sophos File Scanner v1.11.3.879 failed to install  , please advise

    Hello

    I've just had a response from Sophos regarding this issue:

    "Regarding the sophos file scanner failed to install, We have an ongoing issue where installation and update failure of the latest version of the Sophos File Scanner and our backend team is working on the same to resolve it.

    This does not pose any security concerns, as the previous Sophos File Scanner component is still present on the machine, and all other services and components are working fine. 

    Hence, please do not worry about security and all devices are still protected."
