today all our clients (Windows 10 22H2) failed to Update Sophos Intercept X:
in the Log:
Sophos File Scanner v1.11.3.879 konnte nicht installiert werden.
Does anyone else have the same problem or does anyone know where I can get more information about this error?
We have the same issue as well for +200 computers.
The issue seems to be with detection of the file scanner version - not with the installation itself.
below screenshot shows that the same version "failed to install" is the installed version.
