Restrict Intercept X users to connect through specified system

Question

Hi, 
 
 We have 100 Intercept X users, and we want to restrict users to connect from their specific systems and not connect from any other system which has endpoint installed. Is this achievable? as these users are L2TP remote access VPN users so MAC binding is not an option. 
 Intercept X version: 2023.1.0.79

Hi Muhammad, 
 Thank you for reaching out to Sophos Community. 
 Restricting users from connecting from unauthorized devices would not be possible. Unfortunately, this would fall as a Feature request. 
 However, you can implement a workaround via Security heartbeat on Sophos Endpoint, Rouge devices (without heartbeat) can still connect on the VPN, but you can limit/control the access to the resources and will be forced to use the authorized device. 
 I'd also recommend contacting your Account Manager, Sales Engineer, or Sales Representative to inquire about ZTNA . This will most likely achieve the restriction you want to implement or request as a Feature request.
