Some or more services are not running error on MacBook

Hi, 
 
 I'm trying to install sophos on MacBooks. Moterey OS. The installation goes fine. But after giving full disk access to Sophos endpoint and multiple restarts this error saying Some or more sophos services are not running is not getting resolved. Basically two services 1) Scan D service and 2) Sophos network extension service. Tried reinstalling multiple times and this issue exists. Only on Macbooks. On windows the installation works fine. No issues on Windows. Could you please help on this.

 Let me know if the steps mentioned in the following article regarding the System Preferences menus help to resolve your issue. - Sophos Central Endpoint: macOS Ventura Known Compatibility Issues 
 There is a short video which demonstrates some of the navigation you will need to follow. 
 You can also go to the "Prerequisites" tab of the "Sophos Endpoint Self Help Tool". You can open this by using the finder. The Prerequisites tab will have a "Fix It" button which will open the UI required for you to complete the setup.
