Is there any way to perform pii scanning on endpoint?

Our company decided to scan for PII information on our company employee's so , was just wondering if sophos endpoint supported real time pii scanning ?

DLP in Sophos is only data in motion rather than at rest. As files are opened by browsers, email clients, moved to USB tickets etc they can be scanned then based on rules you define or based on shipped CCLs. It's not designed for discovery of static files. You might be able to do something more basic with LiveQuery if you know what you're looking for but that isn't really the intention of LiveQuery either.
