Performace essue when enable Real Time scanning file

Thank you for reaching us, may we know what application is currently causing this issue? Was the affected system a file server? Have you already allowed the recommended exclusion for the said application in order to work with security software?

This is an application run on a PC or server  , so we don`t have the option to exclude it from the PC.

Can I send you this application to test it with your system ?

It is a small application about  5MB .

I See, so it was like a portable application am I right? have you added a directory base exclusion on your central for this application? Also, what does this application do once executed? will it call any DLL file or other application?

1-I don`t add exclusion on our Central for this application .

2-This application edit in a file and produce log file with extension *.log

3-It is included its DLL 

Thank you, Please add directory exclusion of this application. as well as the log file directory it creates. 

Could you please send me the steps to do that for PC ?
