Experience poor support

Unfortunately, I receive only very flimsy answers from support. Problem must be explained several times. Tickets are closed for no reason. Our problems could not be solved so far what are your experiences. An employee then said yes there is something wrong eröfnen you a new ticket that has nothing to do with the. Subsequent tickets are opened with the question what is it about. And after a short time closed.
Does the software work like this?
