Sophos Intercept X

Hello All


We are utilizing Sophos Central with intercept x for our Estate. This estate is approximately 7000 machines, we appear to be getting lots of issues where machines are failing to update. So they end up in the medium alert category and require our intervention to fix said issue.  Do you know is there anyway of fixing these problems via the console or is this sadly always going to manual intervention.

    Thank you for replying, we have already completed the rollout some time back, what we have noticed is when some Endpoints require an update they seem to fail to update properly. Which is strange as most devices are online and available when these updates are initiated.
