Intercept X on MacOS Big Sur - possible GUI issue in "system preferences" and "privacy"

Hey guys,

we recently ran into an issue on MacOS Big Sur and within "system preferences" --> "Security & Privacy" --> "Privacy" --> "Files & Folders", possibly related to the presence of Intercept X for MacOS, as we don't see that strange behaviour on Macs without Intercept X installed.

In "Files & Folders" you can normally highlight an App (i.e. Google Chrome) and either uncheck access to a certain folder or remove an app entirely (with the usual "-" sign at the bottom of the screen). With Sophos installed and on some machines, highlighting an app is either impossible at all or the highlight will only persist after clicking an entry multiple times. I have attached a screenshot that will hopefully clarify what I mean. Here I had to click multiple times on "Google Chrome", before the highlighting would persist and the "-" button appear, in order to remove that App from the list.

When I change the system language from German to English, the problem disapperars for some time but would then reappear...

Can anyone here verify that problem?

I'm on Big Sur version 11.1 and Intercept version 10.0.4.

Thanks in advance for your help and best regards from Germany
Sascha
