Hi,
when Intercept X is blocking and removing a potencial threat I whant the user on that PC to be informed, either by Desktop Messaging or by mail. The policy for Threat Protection has Desktop Messaging enabled, but user tells me that they are not informed. Any idea?

Could you please check if the "Use recommended settings" is enabled or disabled? Have you tried to add a customized message?
