I have a Windows 10 device that has the " Failed to install ntp64: general error" All other threads, seem to reference that this is only for Win 7 devices. How can I fix this error so this EDR agent can get the latest updates?

Do you have the install log for Sophos Network Threat Protection from \windows\temp\ if AutoUpdate is installing it. It will be under %temp% if it's failing as part of the initial install if "you" are running the installer rather than System in the case where AutoUpdate runs the installer.
