how to resolve "This clears the alert from the Action Center and also clears the threat details from the quarantine manager on the endpoint computer" this problem

I'm afraid I don't understand what the problem is that you want to solve. This just tells you that if you decide to clear (Mark as resolved) an alert (because e.g. you manually deleted an offending item) the quarantine manager will also remove it from its list.  .

in your first post you cited the Central Admin help. Now you are asking about the quarantine manager.(is it still called quarantine manager?) on - if I'm not mistaken - the endpoint. On the endpoint you have to sign in as admin then you can clear an alerts from the events list.

IN endpoint all threat already cleaned. But in sophos central's alert section show "Malicious connection detected: 'C2/Generic-B' at 'C:\program files\qbittorrent\qbittorrent." this type of alert. when I click on mark as resolve then show "Click Mark As Resolved if the threat has already been resolved. This clears the alert from the Action Center and also clears the threat details from the quarantine manager on the endpoint computer." this massage. how could I solve this. Plz help me.

I see.
I'm not familiar with the Central Admin UI, you got the "Click Mark As Resolved ..." text in a pop-up? An article suggests that this pop-up has an OK button that you have to click. Could you perhaps show a screenshot?

simply click OK and the alert should disappear. As you have already cleaned the threat from the endpoint that's all you have to do.

as said, I don't know how it's supposed to look like at this point. You tried to mark the first alert on the list, or? And if you click OK the pop-up vanishes but nothing happens?
