Cloud Gateway Installer

Is the Cloud Gateway Installer still available for download? I started a new job and all the machines here still have the Cloud Gateway installed. According to the documentation, the installer is also the uninstaller. I have successfully done a manual uninstall, which worked, although the Cloud Gateway icon still appears in the system tray, but I'd much rather use the installer. Documentation said it would be under 'Protect Devices => Cloud Gateway" but it's not there
