    Hi Community,

    [UPDATE] 11:30 am EDT - Resolved: The issue has been identified and any customers who were impacted should now retry to login. Any login issues experienced after 11:30 am ET should be investigated as separate from this incident, and to please raise a Technical Support case up to us.
