Endpoint issue: Safe Browsing detected browser Google Chrome has been compromised

Hi, I have this error, and it seems from reading the community posts that the only way to understand what it relates to, is to post the logs. So here they are!

One other question: When the issue is resolved, should the status automatically update,or do you still have to manually clear the alert?
