Hi, I have this error, and it seems from reading the community posts that the only way to understand what it relates to, is to post the logs. So here they are!
One other question: When the issue is resolved, should the status automatically update,or do you still have to manually clear the alert?

You can try installing Intercept X hotfix to see if that helps to resolve the issue. If this doesn't work please gather the Sophos Diagnostic Utility logs using this link.

Hi Shweta, I am not sure how long I would need to wait before the error would clear, but I ran the diagnostics anyway.

Once you have applied the hotfix, reboot the machine and keep under observation for 24 hours or so, if you still face the issue I would suggest you open a support case with these logs.
