I write you because I have a problem with a customer and I couldn´t find information about a possible solution.
PROBLEM: my customer installed on 2 computers the Agent of Sophos Central and the installation was successful but the computers are not showing on the Manager. The agent is showing that the computer is protected but why is not appearing on the Manager.
Could you help me with this? What could I review to know why the agent is not appearing on the Manager.

If the endpoints show that they are communicating with Sophos Central but they are not listed in the appropriate Central dashboard, then these are likely connected or are listed under a different Central account.
Please use the steps in this post (ZGV's response with the SophosSetup.exe --registeronly switch) to resolve this issue. Please note that Tamper Protection would need to be disabled while in Safe Mode prior to running the installer downloaded from the correct Central Dashboard account.
