[Sophos Notification] Advisory: Sophos Partner Portal - Unable to login directly to Partner Portal

Overview

Partners are unable to log into Partner Portal via partnerportal.sophos.com or id.sophos.com

Access to the Sophos Central Partner Dashboard is not affected.

Impact

Partners are not able to access the Partner Portal via:

  1. partnerportal.sophos.com
  2. id.sophos.com > Partner Portal

Note: However, Partners are still able to access the Sophos Central Partner Dashboard by navigating to id.sophos.com and clicking the Partner Dashboard link.

What to do

If you are trying to access the Partner Portal itself - there is no workaround at the moment. Please check this article for the latest updates.

If you are trying to visit the Partner Dashboard, this can be accessed by navigating to id.sophos.com and clicking the Partner Dashboard link.

Workaround

There is no workaround at this time.
