Cloud Installation Failed Error Sophos update manager is installed

Hello,

Can anyone help me with this error message. I have force delete the old Sophos endpoint security and console Auto Updater from Revo uninstaller app which ended up with this error.

I have followed this article https://community.sophos.com/products/endpoint-security-control/f/sophos-endpoint-software/4731/sophos-update-manager-removal but i could find the those registry keys on that location. Let me know what to do?

    This error occurs when there are leftover components from the previous installer(in this case it is SUM). Would you please check the registry as mentioned in this discussion at the below locations as well. 

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
    ​HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UserData\S-1-5-18\Products\
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UpgradeCodes
    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\UpgradeCodes\
    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products\  

    Kindly take the backup of the registry before making any changes.
