Web Gateway will not Uninstall on Mac

I am trying to uninstall Web Gateway on a mac and can't seem to get it done. Currently its displaying the Service Not Found error and slowing down web traffic, not to mention sending a lot of outbound traffic. I put the installer onto the computer and got 2 options, Update or Uninstall. Update throws an error. Uinstall justs hangs at uninstalling. Anyone know how to manual uninstall this?! Thanks

Could you please provide the name of Sophos product you are using and the version which you have installed on your machine?

Is it asking for a Tamper protection password when you try to uninstall? I would recommend you to open a support case as this would require few commands to run to completely uninstall Sophos Cloud web gateway. Please PM me the case details once registered.

Thank you. I opened a ticket and was able to get the console commands to manually remove it. Thanks!
