Corporate Design - Device Encryption 2.0

Hallo zusammen,

gibt es einen Weg bei der Device Encryption 2.0 in dem Outlook Add-In ein Corporate Design bzw. ein Template zu erstellen?

Out of the Box? 

Unter C:\Program Files (x86)\Sophos\Sophos Data Protection\ 

findet man zwar alle zugehörigen Programmteile aber diese kann man nicht bearbeiten.

 

Einen Weg den ich gefunden habe nachdem die Datei erstellt wurde ist die erstellte .html Datei im Quellcode abzuändern:

Die genaue Zeile dürfte wahrscheinlich nicht immer gleich sein:

Wenn ich eine neue verschlüsselte Datei aus der Übersicht erstelle, wird das Design glücklicherweise mitgenommen!

Also ein möglicher Weg:

1. Datei erstellen

2. Neue E-Mail --> Anhang verschlüsseln mit 0815 Passwort

3. Die verschlüsselte Datei im Quellcode bearbeiten

4. Diese als Vorlage nehmen

    Hi  

    For outlook add-in, you need to enable two policy options in the CDE 2.0 which will enable the use of Outlook add-in. Once it is enabled, you'll be able to make the file password protected and can then attach it to the email. Please refer to the below image.

    You might be aware of the above options to be enabled to make it working and it might be working for you. I have below question with respect to your question.

    1. What is the file which do you want to make a template of?

    2. What is the need of template?
