Websites not giving a warning

My team and I are working on setting up Sophos Cloud and are testing the Web Site controls.   Some sites are working correctly, such as www.youtube.com.   When we set them to warn the user about using the site, the warning message is displayed correctly.   However, some sites, the ones we have noticed for example, www.facebook.com and www.twitter.com, are not prompting a warning even though both the Social Media general setting is set to Warn, and customer website entries are also set to warn.   Even when the setting is changed to deny, the pages are loading just fine, but the Sophos client on the workstation is presenting a message saying the site was blocked, though it is working just fine.

I have tried clearing the local cache and cookies on the workstation and continue to get the same results.   We do use a proxy server, and I am wondering if the site information saved on the proxy server is over riding the website search and retrieval?  Or are we missing something?

Thank you,

Daniel Olson
