Sophos Cloud - Jetty / Java Web Server Issues

I've been looking for something related to webserver's and Sophos Cloud, and have come up rather blank as of late.

We are using Jetty as a HTTP server for a custom application. Ever since Sophos Cloud Suite was installed on the network, we've been experiencing daily occurrences of folks not able to log into the webapp (ex: http://server/ourapp/) hosted out by Jetty. We've had to restart the Jetty service to get it back online.

I've gone through a ton of Sophos settings, configuration changes, etc, with no ability to stop the Jetty service from crashing. The Jetty logs don't show much in terms of whats creating the network variable of crashing the communication. Not even Sophos logs what it's doing to the web-app via Jetty. We can confirm disabling all Sophos services on all network devices creates a stable environment. This happens with LAN and WAN users.

I'm wondering if someone has experience with Sophos and web servers like TomCat/Jetty/etc, and what I should be looking for in terms of telling Sophos to leave it alone (both real-time network traffic and local data).

Appreciate the advice if anyone has some to share. Thanks!
