Sophos Device Encryption issue after Big Sur 11.2.3

Hi Team,

after updating from Big Sur 11.2.2 to 11.2.3 , Sophos is not able to manage the device encryption anymore.

On a Macbook 13 I got this popup error:
"We could not store the recovery key for the disk "(null)". Make a copy of the recovery key below and store it safely. We will tell you when the key has been stored and the copy is no longer needed. X".
The "X" is the encryption key. Nothing more happened, so seems the encryption is not correctly managed.

On a Macbook Pro 16 I got this popup error:
"Sophos device encryption has been setup to protect your computer. Enter the password for the disk "Macintosh HD".
Your disk password will be managed by Sophos Central. The disk will be unlocked automatically during startup."
The password doesn't work.
The workaround provided was to remove the Sophos client and reinstall, after that Sophos asked for a new password and works fine.

Please consider this feedback in order to fix that critical issue.

Best regards
