Sophos EAP 10.0.2 is not compatible with Google Drive File Stream on Big Sur

Please be on the lookout for v10.0.3, the update is rolling out this week and we'd be keen to know this version addresses the issue you're seeing.

Hi Jonathan, version 10.0.4 has been generally available since the beginning of March.

they say so on the press annoncement.  but it doesn't seem to load when i "check for updates".  Same as Jonathan, my version is still 10.0.2a1 and it says the last update is 26Apr21 (today).

Hi, I just noticed the "a1" on your version, you must be running Sophos Home, we'd assumed you were referencing the business product. Sophos Home releases on a different schedule. Although I know 10.0.4 is expected to release shortly to Home you'd be best contacting Sophos Home Support for more information their release schedule/
