'Account Deletion' - please

 'Account Deletion' - necessary. i am unable to "manage" my Sophos actions and they are blocking some of my own business active and totally legit biz accounts like my T-Mobile cell phone acct

I cannot seem to locate in any obvious ways I can unselect ALL the website problems, NOR get in direct contact with this company by sea, land, sky, email or phone.

 

Unfortunately, I like other elements of Sophos but not the hassles in between those.
