Hi, I installed Sophos free home edition last night for my imac - which i purchased new a couple of weeks ago. I began a full scan last night and this morning I found that it was stuck half way on a zip file. I tried to delete the zip file but a message came up saying it couldn't be deleted because it was in use (obviously by the Sophos scan). I tried to quit Sophos so I could delete the file and restart the scan but it refuses to quit. Even force quit is not working. I wanted to ask for options before I switch my imac off - in case that caused any problems. Thanks in advance.
