Sophos Anti-Virus Error

After instaqlling an upgrade to the latest Sophos 9.2.2 I received an error messge before trying a scan

"StartScan messge with invalid ScanningAuthorizationForm"

and an OK button.

Why did this happen?

Before uninstalling and installing again, I'd like to hear if anyone else has had this problem.

I just started getting this, did you ever resolve your issue? I'm on 9.2.2 as well. I can't remember what started it for me, might have been an upgrade like you, but it only started in February.
