Malware? Don't think so

I have been fighting hacker attacks for 4 yr. now. Have 6 dead PC's, and a MacBook Pro, veteran of many engagements.I have tried the free AV and it caught a piece of their software. I have made 16 case reports to Apple, they treat me like a insane person! I paid the 29$ charge 3 days ago, and the Tech would ignore my questions, and refused to check my areas of Concern ( Remote Management, and Security Keys ) I have been hacked since his visit, I can no longer get to anything on my computer that is relevant. It's like being repeatedly raped on a semi weekly almost daily basis.

I created a trap with a new install, and when they launched their system against me, before they could get out! (Goodnight Gracie) I had the system downloaded by Apple Tech at Apple Store on to a Memory Stick, I bought there.

I contacted Sophos about offering this stick with the system inside, and it was suggested I join a community, and offer it through this forum.

When I mentioned (Goodnight Gracie in a trouble report) I was immediately requested to visit with Apple Security.

Could Apple be Complisit in Hacking ???

The exact origin and reason for Apple logs to say 'Goodnight Gracie' is unknown.  Guided by the principle of Occam's razor let's go with the simplest reason: it's a playful software Easter egg added by a programmer.  Hence nothing to worry about.  Did a Sophos engineer give you this advice?

Can you explain what you are trying to do and how far you get?  Need more details.  'Hacked' could mean several different things.

Offering the USB pen drive means you think there is something on it, and I'm interested to know what you think you have got?  This probably goes back to the question above.

Doubtful.  Conspiracy theorists would like to say so, but go with Occam's razor again.  It's extremely bad business practice for a company to hack their own users - especially as Apple has always attracted a large number of computer geeks and guru's.  In a monetary society the name of the game is to get rich and Apple can do this simply by selling you a desktop/laptop computer, a tablet computer, a TV streaming box, a phone, and now a watch.
