How to get rid of Mac/SevenD-Fam virus on system when Sophos clean up failed

My scan showed this virus 3 times in the system folder. The first two were associated with the classic environment. I just deleted the two files manually. But the final file just says system under the file name.

How do I get rid of it

    Thanks for all your help! I was not aware of how to use Sophos properly and I have leaned now to focus in. The scan log was not that helpful to me but it did encourage me to focus further. I ran another scan just on the infected file with an automatic clean up and it seemed to solve the problem. And scanned again just to make sure.
