How to get rid of Mac/SevenD-Fam virus on system when Sophos clean up failed

My scan showed this virus 3 times in the system folder. The first two were associated with the classic environment. I just deleted the two files manually. But the final file just says system under the file name.

How do I get rid of it

    Inspired, I am currently doing a custom search of the system folder and the X-system folder. 

    I think the file must be in the normal system folder labelled system. This appears to be a finder document, which I think I may possibly deleted without harm but I'm not sure. It is 18.4 Mb in size.
