My scan showed this virus 3 times in the system folder. The first two were associated with the classic environment. I just deleted the two files manually. But the final file just says system under the file name.

Sorry I wasn't more specific. Could you include a bit more of the quarantine details, so I can see the file locaction details? Like this?
Also, another thing you can try to find the location of the threat is by looking at the scan log.
