I have a malware that sophos doesn't seem t obe able to remove. I run it several times at one time it said it was all removed, then I can see the computer is acting out and the malware is still there.

Not sure what you mean by "computer is acting out," and don't know why Sophos isn't removing it, if it's adware (ads appearing where they shouldn't), and more specifically, Genieo (adware). Run this program, which should remove any known adware. Seems like you picked up some kind of adware--doesn't mean anything is targeting your IP address.
