Instructions from 'Issues Detected' video arent working

in the 'Issues Detected' video I'm intructed to Right-Click on the white space to the right of the words ISSUES DETECTED on SOPHOS to get access to the log.

as the Mac mouse doesnt have a Right-Click, I use the alternatice Control-Click which usually suffices to bring up contextual menus, yet nothing happens.

How do I find out what "issues" are detected?

With the Sophos Anti-Virus window active the alternatives are:

Using the keyboard: ⇧ ⌘ L

Using the mouse, from the menu bar: 'Scan' | 'View Scan Log'

There is a small contextual menu icon (the gear looking thing) at the bottom of the window which also shows the same menu as right-click.
