Installing Anti-Virus Software

I am a home edition user and downloaded the free anti-virus software and set up a MySophos account.  In order to download the software I am being asked to enter a Username & Passord, but my MySophos account ID and password won't work.  What am I doing wrong?

    Hey DWL

    It sounds like you got into the MySophos portal, which you don't need to download the free version of SAV. 

    You can get that here. It will ask for an email address, but no password. Give that a try and let me know if you're still having trouble.
