Cannot clean-up Mal/ExpJava-AE threat?!

I ran SOPHOS 3x on my Mac--all 3x it found a threat labled "Mal/ExpJava-AE." When I tried to click on "Clean Up Threa" it failed.

When I tried to select "Reveal in Finder" it showed the file: 41d27741-4ae9fdc6. When I tried to trash the file, the message popped up: "The operation can't be completed becasue backup items can't be modified.

HELP!

It's probably in a location that Sophos can read from (to detect the threat), but Sophos doesn't have write access to. Check the path to see where it goes.
