Can't download MacHomeAV, stuck on EULA page

This morning I got the dreaded "Sophos anti-virus is not running" with the grayed-out icon. A search found people advising a reinstall. I couldn't find the old installer so I went to Sophos to download whatever the latest versions is. I got stuck on the EULA page. I read it, but every time I checked the box at the bottom and clicked Submit it returned me to that page. How does one get past that?

    Yep that part is super clear. In some VPN configurations there is a separate client software package used, for others they use the built-in networking configuration available in the System Preferences. Was curious whether you used the built-in stuff or a third party.
