Can't download MacHomeAV, stuck on EULA page

This morning I got the dreaded "Sophos anti-virus is not running" with the grayed-out icon. A search found people advising a reinstall. I couldn't find the old installer so I went to Sophos to download whatever the latest versions is. I got stuck on the EULA page. I read it, but every time I checked the box at the bottom and clicked Submit it returned me to that page. How does one get past that?

Still the same result. Check the box, click Submit and it returns to the same page, asking me to check the box.

Same here, the url <http://downloads.sophos.com/inst_home-edition/1dAdPjcaoO_gWL32mvBWVAZD00NDI2/savosx_he_r.zip> answers: file not found.

Same issue.

I've tried several ways (different broswers, etc) and times over the past 24 hours to access and download your product, even registered on the site as a user/account... still no love.

I am able to get to the End User agreement and confirm/agree, but the "download now" link supplied for "savosx_he_r" returns an error of "file not found"

Model Name: iMac
Model Identifier: iMac14,2 (2-inch, Late 2013)
System: 10.10.2 (14C109) OS X Yosemite

Hi JeffBBlack,

We've done some internal investigation and still cannot reproduce this problem (I personally tried Safari and Chrome, others tried a variety of browsers). The acceptance of the EULA does require Javascript to be enabled, but it seems like you got past that part. Are you still having this issue? If so, we'll need to know a bit more about your environment / location (we distribute software via Akamai which means your location can matter). Ping me directly if necessary.

Success.
I had already tried both Safari and Chrome (my default) to see if browser change was problem, and I had tried with and without VPN.
Went back and tried again with Chrome and VPN off and cleared with a reboot, and was able to download the zip file from the download link.
Guess needed a clean reboot to clear the VPN completely to allow the location to set for the download.
Might wish to include that in the pre-download information to disengage any VPN prior to attempting download.

Thanks for the quick verification. Out of curiousity, what VPN software are you using? Its definitely something for people to be aware of.

Yep that part is super clear. In some VPN configurations there is a separate client software package used, for others they use the built-in networking configuration available in the System Preferences. Was curious whether you used the built-in stuff or a third party.
