Website won't load until Sophos turned off

Hi, I read The Independent newspaper, www.independent.co.uk , on line, but recently I have found that it won't load, even after leaving for 15 minutes, until I switch Web Protection off. When I do so the page loads immediately.  Why would Sophos block this.  I have put the URL in allowed websites but it makes no difference whatsoever.  Very frustrating that I have to go through the motions of turning off Web Protection every time I want to visit this site.  Any help would be welcome.

    Hi Anne,

    Sorry you're having a frustrating experience with this. I just did some testing and unfortunately I'm not seeing the same behaviour as you. One simple thing you can try that might fix it would be a simple restart of your browser. If that doesn't work, I'd try restarting your computer, and testing again. Simple fix, but sometimes that's all it takes.

    If that doesn't fix it, I'm curious to know if you experience the same behaviours in multiple browsers?
