Is it possible to still obtain Mac SAV v8

I have an iMac that is almost 10 years old and I use it for software I depend on. I want to continue using the machine.  It runs OS X 10.4.11.

I have Norton Antivirus installed that was 'retired' in 2011 or 2012--i.e., it's unsupported. 'Unsupported' is about the only AV protection I could hope for. Sophos v8 wasn't retired until last year, so it's newer than I have, and deals with Malware which mine does not.

Despite v8 having been officially retired, would it still be possible to obtain a copy of the most up-to-date installer?

I'm sure Sophos still has the software available, though unsupported. Is there a Sophos ftp site I could go to?

    Thanks Specimen.

    You do realize that it's all moot. I can't even get v8. Sophos won't release retired software, so I can't improve my situation regardless. I'll go on using Norton and being careful when I access the internet and using my PC for more secure connections.
