Unable to clean up OSX/Geonei-A

Hi, I've tried and tried to clean up this threat without success. I've deleted the files, restarted, ran scans and do not seem to be able to clear it. Please can someone help.

    I have tried to get rid of several of the threats it SOPHOS prompts that I have - but it prompt that it can not be uncleared.

    Well, that's great!  Now what?  It does not give solutions to your new found problems.  How good is that when no one

    supplies answers to how to get rid of the threats that prompts are uable to be cleared?

    We need answers here folks.  Does anyone have any?

    I would be grateful.
