Does Sophos Scan and Clean Replace the Sophos Virus Removal Tool?

I have a Windows 10 desktop PC with Sophos Virus Removal Tool installed. Should I uninstall the Virus Removal Tool software before installing Sophos Scan and Clean? 
 
 Do they complement each other or is the Scan and Clean software the preferred tool now?

 SVRT does not need to be uninstalled prior to using Scan and Clean. 
 Scan and Clean is intended to replace the SVRT. The SVRT tool primarily uses the SAV engine, whereas the new Scan and Clean tool utilizes the HMPA engine. SAV is generally known as a signature-based scanner, whereas HMPA is better at detecting behavior-based threats. 
 Going forward Scan and Clean will have access to the same detection signatures as SVRT did, but Scan and Clean will be the preferred scanner to use as there are significant usability improvements.
