Thank you I appreciate the direction there but I think the Home product is quite a bit different (stripped down). If the logs require registry changes I can't do that on my kids' machine who is away. I guess I'm just asking the logs that I already see in the dashboard to be available in the csv format so I can sort/filter/search in order to help troubleshoot access issues.

Hoping someone from Sophos will respond and let us know what works and what doesn't or if it's going to be on the roadmap.

I can't speak for the Home product but all your asks are available in the Sophos Central product. I.e.

User and/or device based policies.
APIs or export the logs to PDF/CSV.
Chomebook is covered as are iPhone, Android, Windows etc can be controlled.

One thing you may be able to make use of for web protection/control reporting are a few registry DWORD values under:

HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Sophos\Web Intelligence\

They don't exit by default but you can create:

DecisionLogChannels
DecisionLogMaxBytes
DecisionLogMaxDays

If you set DecisionLogChannels DWORD to 15 (decimal), under: C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Web Intelligence\Logs you will have a tab delimited file of all sites seen rather than the default of just blocks/warns. The other 2 can configure retention.

They will be picked up within a few seconds, no need to restart anything.
