Hi All,
I've not long updated my Mac to Big Sur and had to uninstall Sophos Home Premium. I've tried to re-install it, however, I appear to no longer have access to my account/dashboard/etc. I have tried password resets a few times, now they don't appear to be coming through (checked junk folder nothing their/received/etc). I've tried to re-register my account, however, the email address is already registered (as I expected as its me!).
I don't have access to help features such as live chat and can't appear to figure out a way of getting in touch with Sophos via email, etc.,
How do I get the account back so I can re-install Sophos Home Premium? my product is still licensed until February 2021 at which point I plan to renew (or did!)
