installation-related issues

Hi there,

I am working on my mother's MacBookPro (it's running Catalina 10.15.6 and is a mid-2014 model. Anyway, Purchased premium, downloaded the installer, launched it, and it crashes right out of the gate. The app is not even installed yet. What say you, dear community?

PS: her computer's got the searchbaron virus, ergo my getting in on some sophos action

I am also having similar issues's i have checked all the installation steps as well. but still same problem.
