"Action Required" alert on mac os Big Sur 11.3

Hi. I try to install Sophos on mac (os version is Big Sur 11.3).

I encounter 'Action Required' alert. Even though I push the "Open Security & Privacy" button, I couldn't find "Allow" button,

I've already granted Full Disc access permission.

What else should I do?

(I read this article. I might allow "notification".

What should I do "Enabling System Extensions" ?)
